We are Liverpool Equipment Manufacturing LLC

Founded in 2001, we are the leading equipment manufacturers for the oil and gas industry as well as construction and infrastructure industry in UAE. Started off with just 8 workers, we are currently accommodating over 100 skilled workers and office staff to execute the work effectively and efficiently

We help our clients meet the worlds energy commitments and demands by providing support for engineering requirements and supplying state of the art static equipment’s such as tanks, silo’s, metering skids, chemical injection skids, offshore container & baskets.

With our well equipped facility in Sajja Industrial Area, top quality, extensive services, and flexible payment plans, we are able to serve and satisfy customers across various such as Oil and Gas, Refineries, Terminals, F&B, Construction and Cement verticals.

Resources

Our factories are located in the heart of Sajja Industrial Area. Our first Factory is 20,000 sq feet, and our 2nd factory is over 39000 sq. feet.

    1. We have two separate facilities located in Sajja to facilitate our extensive operations

      • Bending and Shearing Machine

      • 3 * Lathe machine
      • 2 * Drilling Machine (Horizontal and Vertical)

    3. 3 platforms of 6 meters each
    4. Single stand crane
    5. Specified isolated area for stainless steel works

The first facility covers an area of 20,000 square feet, while the second spans over 25,000 square feet. We have also created four Platforms for steady and precision work which is of 6-meter by 2.5-meter

The key resources avallable across both facities include:

  • Two Rolling Machines
  • Bending and Shearing Machines
  • Miling Machine
  • Three Lathe Machines
  • Two Drilling Machines (Horizontal and Vertical)
  • Forklifts
  • Single-stand crane
  • A dedicated, isolated area for stainless steel works

Capabilities

With an extensive team for designing, engineering, projects, and production, we are capable to take up large and complicated projects which are critical with respect to timeline. With our ERP in process, we are able to track the progress of all the projects real-time and increase or decrease the man-power as per project deadline and criticality.
Our team consists of experiences fabricators, qualified riggers, and certified welders to carry out the projects, each of them having their own expertise. We have a rigorous team of QC and HSE to ensure the quality and safety onsite.
